Been melting into the couch for the last few days. Didnt realise how obsessed i had become with the Beijing Olympics.. but! i can pinpoint my fav moment! I was on the bus on the way home when the mobile tv showed the end of a soccer game. and you know how the footballers tend to swap jerseys at the end of the game?? well. several of them took off their jerseys and shorts!! leaving them walkin ard the field in just tight whiteys!! PHWROAARR! i tink i may have been salivating then.

Went to the fish spa where you put ur feet into the pond and let the fishes nibble at the dead skin. It really does work! But it's not for the faint hearted though. When i was there, there was this girl who couldnt put her feet in (granted, the fishes were really HUGE) and her bf got quite fed up with her. Anyways! it really does work! I was quite pleased with my baby pink feet after tt! No more cracks! how awesome is tt? :D :D :D i would love to immerse my whole body in it! Put my hand into the pond and i was shocked to see so many fishes swarming up! Seems like my hands have a lot of dead skin!

I've been so bored at hme tt when Audrey brought back Twilight, i was so excited that i kept on hovering around her so that she could finish the book faster! Hooray! Everyone has been giving great reviews abt the book that i was really curious about the story. The movie is coming up this year.. Here's hoping it won't turn into a Harry Potter *scoffs!*/ Sex and the City *SCOFFS!* (No matter what claryce says!)! Hmmm Twilight is okay. Did not really live up to my expectations but i hope tt the 3rd book (my gut feeling tells me that the 2nd book will be a bit too depressing for me!) will be more interesting as the the ground work has been laid out.

Dad came back on Tues and he bought Wii(!!) for! my! birthday!! With the whole works! Dance mat, wheel, gun.. you name it. So far we have played bowling (jie jie is crazy ass super good in this game), boxing (audrey wins this every single time), golf (Dan is damn pro), dance anddddd tennis! which i totally rock! I'm like the virtual williams sister! hahaha!



After everyone had gone to sleep, i continued playing tennis and won the computer yo!

Of course the ceiling fan was a minor casualty of my enthusiasism but daddy fixed it liao.



In other news, I helped Christine to move into PGPR. Turns out that her room is in the same block and on the same floor i used to stay in! :D In fact, her room is only next to the one i got! Heh. In a way, im super envious of her. She gets to be a student in uni! the best position to be! Grown up enough to do her own thing yet still a child in not having to worry abt jobs!


Speaking about job hunting.. it is the most demoralising thing ever to be rejected.. even by a system. Even a machine doesnt want me! :( I really really hope that my only hope will not rest on a job based very far away.. Sigh. We'll see. Que sera sera.

11.20 open fridge to examine contents

11.21 make sister's bed

11.22 try to call for dash to play with him but the lousy dog is sleeping and refuses to heed my calls.

11.24 try to entice dash with some yogurt

11.24 succeeded

11.28 dash goes back to sleep

11.30 go back to bed

11.35 gets kicked out of bed

11.40 regains use of computer

11.45 decides to blog.

Now... aren't you glad you're working?? bah. i need a job asap. if not because of boredom then because my mom wants to paint the whole house!
