it has come to a point where i feel like puking from all the exam anxiety. Gross. the nausea tt accompanies exams sure makes everything look bleak. What makes matters worse is that when i read thru the notes, i forget everything it says almost as soon as i leave the chapter. ARRRGHH!


nevertheless! Managed to be cheered by a couple of stuff.


1) Catching the Phantom of the Opera


Managed to catch the " Phantom of the Opera" on Sunday and OMGOMGOMG! i love love love the Phantom! Everytime he came out, my heart did a little flip and i practically swooned in my seat when he started singing.. The role of Christine is sucha bitch. Phantom for boyfriend!


I must admit tt i was a little apprehensive because jie jie said she kinda nodded off during the first act. But pei and jiahui both came back with glowing reports, making me giddy with excitement over the prospect of watching it. and i'm so so so glad my aunt bought the tickets for us! The props were super fantastic and i loved the whole production esp the scenes with the boat! The effects were awesome and can i just say that they shud pay their orchestra really well coz man alive! can they play! the chandelier is a bit ugly though. Christine said that it looked a bit chinna-fied and i have to agree. and because they kept on advertising about how the chandelier falls, it kinda took away the thrill of watching it drop. I much preferred the part where he eavesdropped on them and was overwhelmed with heartbreak. May i just say again that i love the phantom? At the end of it all, i had to applaud till my hands were red.

Bought the CD for jiahui, a CD for audrey and a lovely necklace for myself.. I'm just gonna wear the necklace thruout exams so as to cheer myself up!

The lack of photos was due to the fact that daddy gave me the camera without the battery. -_-


2) Watching "Meet the Robinsons"

Upon completing our construction management and organisation assignment, which looked like this:




I just had to include those cause i'm just so damn proud of completing it even though i'm such an excel idiot. A huge Thank You to Jia hui and Yiqi for helping me out! I have a feeling that my attachment company's phone bill is gonna be huge with outgoing calls to China and Standard Chartered bank.

and i'm real glad we caught it. I dun know why it appeals to me. Heh. Maybe cause i loved how it didnt go the cliche way where.. welll i shall not spoil it . Let's just say that watchin it beats COM any day!:)


3) Assignments


I'm still amazed at how well my group did for our last few assignments. Take geog for an example. Because of the COM project, we had only 3 days to do an assignment which was supposed to take a whole month to do. And to make matters worse, 5 mins to deadline found our SDE's printer spoilt. -_-

Asilah actually rushed across the road in a bid to submit the assignment on time. heeheehee! ALAS! it was a few mins late! In spite of all these obstacles, we got a good grade! YAY! :)


4) Studying with friends

I got the idea to do a photo collage too late. By then, Alvinna & co had stopped coming by IRC to study, hence not many study photos. Here's just a sneak peek at our lives for the past few weeks!
