oh ya.. i whacked my head on a taxi door on saturday.. ending up with a huge bruise on my forehead. makeup won't cover it up. so i put on a nice plaster to cheer me up!
why couldnt i have banged the other side of the forehead instead? my hair would cover it then!

Friends can be terribly unsympathetic once they hear that the explanation that i walked into a taxi door.. well.. "threw myself" is a more apt description. Poo! No one gets into a taxi in a calm, slow and controlled manner! you take a taxi precisely because you are in a rush! so you throw yourself into the back seat.. its the same theory as..... jumping into bed! no one actually just sits on the bed and lies down! we all run and jump or flop or even dive into bed. see my point now? walking into a taxi door could happen to anybody!
