i tink... *slowly*
i will go into the building course..
1) Bsc Building looks pretty good.. heh!
2) not many pple in my year wan to go building..
3) BU exams are often open book...
4) in building, you learn a skill...
5) RE is more to management.. and when recession comes along.. management pple are normally the first to go. which is scary..
6) easier to get a job with Bsc Building.. even if u get a pass degree, they will still take u..
7) more girls wan RE.. so easier to get into building

these are frm a senior i toked to... hmmmmmm... what say u??
the reasons i got for gg into RE is..
1) more to theory which im better at
2) can study sociology as a core module
3) subjects will be easier
4) no drawing.. hallejuiah
5) Bsc Real Estate looks good too!
6) more to management.. so more flexible jobs.
7) geetha, ramesh, siti, ben, are gg into RE

decisions decisions!
