am at work now and in a dramatic change from yesterday's mood, i am currently over the moon!! why? well firstly because i managed to get in touch with the buggers at ANU. and guess what? ive been accepted! i will get my offer letter soon, pending authorisation by the admissions head. yay!! and also my boss axel gave some work to do so now im productively occupied. hehe...yup gotta make a call to the dutch embassy after this. haha! dont ask why, im not at liberty to divulge such information. mwahahaha!! and terence the jackass is not at work (one of the junior lawyers who is cocky and arrogant as hell). a hilarious thing happened this morning! axel called me into his office to give me the work to do, and while he was explaining to me what to do, he got a phone call. it was my dad!! i couldnt help myself! i just burst out laughing! he thought it was rather amusing too!! hahaha!! what a joke!! yup. the only downside to today was that i had lunch alone. the lawyers all stayed in, they had a load of work to do im sure. and all the secretaries were going to eat in, and i wasnt invited. ok well i was, but it was an afterthought. so i decided not to join them. besides, im going to be stuck in this bloody office all day, might as well get out while i can right? haha!! ok need to wait for that dutch woman to call me back. damn i hope i dont blow this. this will be like axels first impression of me, so i need to do this well!! augh!
