sigh. so early and im already so damn bored. feeling quite dumb about this ANU thing. my sister pointed out the other day that there's still another week to go before they're supposed to get back to me. duh. ok ANU is really making me feel stupid. anyway it turns out my uncle knows this woman who's daughter is studying at ANU. they live a coupla streets down from my grandma's place. anyway she's in second year, doing law and arts. whoa crazy!! like law isnt tough enough, she's doing a double degree!! anyway ive been emailing her. im very glad that i have someone i know over there. yay! well at least she replies promptly to emails. cant say the same about the ANU staff. grrr....

hmm copper's getting too stinky. i think i should wash him today. the maid is complaining about him! she's muslim and she cant seem to get over the dog hair thats everywhere. she says everytime after working here she has to go home and 'mandi tanah'. i have no idea what that means. maybe she has to scrub herself with soil? or sth. well whatever. so she says she doesnt want to work here anymore and her kids are complaining blah blah blah. honestly, no one's forcing her right! she's giving me a earful because my dad's not here. if he was she wouldnt say anything!! this is unfair. just cuz im a kid.

sharon i need my punjabi suits back!! ok maybe i should just msg her. duh. i need to mail those pictures!! aaarrrggghhh!! im three months late!! ok when i went to india, my sis, cousins and I made a few friends. so we were supposed to mail the pictures we took with them to them!! but i havent!! but what the heck is postage like?! i have no idea! i need to mail one to rajasthan and another to kashmir. this would be so much easier if they had email. but they not that rich eh. sigh

my email is screwing up. it marked all the old emails in my inbox as new unread mails. i hate myownemail. i need sth reliable! but one that i can use my name in. like neela@ starmail.com is so perfect! but its screwed up!! yes yes i know, excessive whining, but hey! this bothers me!

hey she's right, there really is a lot of dog hair on the floor. she's sweeping right now (the vacuum's broken, her fault) and i can see from here the dog hair that she's sweepin up. maybe we should shave the bugger bald again! hahaha!! she just asked me for a FACE MASK!! because she doesnt want to breathe in dog hair. bullshit!! anyway she looks hilarious, wearing a face mask and wielding a mop and bucket. dog hair beware! the amazing masked cleaner is on the prowl!

appa better come back with plenty of presents for me and nithya. the kind of trouble we've had to got through because he's away is unbelievable. he just sent me an email this morning. he went to visit the lowery's yesterday (our friends in phoenix) and apparently they have a room called a neela/nithya room. hahaha! no its not a closet and its NOT a toilet. its from when we were supposed to go visit them a few years ago. but we didnt go because nithya got a ear infection. but i guess it just stuck. haha!! cool!! i have a room named after me!
