my new room looks gorgeous! ok it also looks like it came straight out of the ikea catalogue but i love ikea so its all good! haha.
neela is also extremely worried. there has been no word at all from ANU. it is turning neela's hair white (well, almost). neela wonders if ting has heard from uni melb. perhaps neela ought to call IDP and harass them again? did they not get enough of a earful the last time? hmm...

i will soon be starting my new job at a law firm! its called kenneth tan partnership. unlike my previous firm, this one's HUGE! and honestly, im terrified! i hate having to meet new people. really. im bad at it. well at least i think i am. bleah. and apparently the lawyer who is my dads friend from the previous firm said that while i was such a good girl and all that, i also lack initiative. sigh. well i told my dad that the lack of initiative was the disease of my generation. that and making excuses. haha..he gave me 'the look' so i shut up. anyway i have been informed in no uncertain terms that i am to make the best possible impression of myself upon EVERYONE at kenneth tan and that i am to show so much initiative it'll be gettin on everyone shoes.
AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!! ask me to scale everest! ask me to swim the nile!ask me to not pick the peppers off my pizza!! ask me to wear a man u jersey for god's sake but DONT ASK FOR INITIATIVE!! it aint gonna happen!
